The Price & What It Includes: When traveling on one of our entire tour itineraries, including our air, we provide free transfers of persons and baggage between the airport and our hotels. Taxes and service charges are included as they relate to baggage at airports and hotels. Tipping is also included for meals and parties included in the itinerary except cruises and cruise tours. All prices in our brochure reflect a 3% discount for check payments only. If paying by Visa, MasterCard or American Express the discounted price will not apply. Please note that tour prices change in accordance with Rotary Registration increases.
R.I. Convention Registration: is included in your tour cost based on a Rotarian couple as defined by Rotary International. Non-Rotarian couples will be charged accordingly. Badges and documents will be delivered to our Salt Lake City Hotel. Costs for Host Committee special events are not included, however we will provide order forms. Bokoff Kaplan Travel Services cannot accept responsibility for special event tickets or accuracy of spelling on Convention Badges. Regarding the Host Hospitality Evening, although we encourage participation, Bokoff Kaplan Travel Services is in no way responsible for availability, assignment, or coordination of hosts, transportation to or operation of this event, which is coordinated by the Host Committee.
Travel Insurance: Tour Cancellation/Interruption Insurance is highly recommended. Ask your tour planner for an application.
Minimum Group Size: All tour prices are based on a minimum of 20 passengers.
Changes to Tour Itineraries: Hamden
Rotary Club Tours is entitled to make any changes, modifications or
deletions with respect to the Tour Program described in the itinerary,
if said alterations are considered necessary for the group's comfort
and welfare. If any hotels listed in this brochure become unavailable,
comparable substitutions will be made.

Single Reservations: Single Reservations require an additional charge as indicated in the tour pricing.
Final Payment: Payment of final balance in US Funds is due by January 31, 2007.
Not Included: Airline taxes, passport fees, fees or surcharges. Any items of a personal nature, meals not specifically listed, telephone calls or incidental hotel charges.
Airport Taxes: These include U.S. transportation taxes and Airline fuel surcharges. Such items are quoted with final invoice and are subject to change.
Air Transportation: Airfares are specially negotiated group contracted fares. In most cases, you will accrue frequent flier mileage. Should you not be able to accrue mileage we will notify you at time of booking. Air transportation included in all tours is based on economy class transportation. Should you desire First or Business Class transportation we will be happy to arrange it for you at a supplemental cost. Each tour price is based on the airfare of a specific airline carrier. Should our inventory with that carrier become sold out, we will substitute another airline at an additional cost. You will be advised of such substitution at the time of booking.
Land Only: Our tours include all air fare necessary to complete your itinerary. Should you choose a land-only option, you will forfeit all flights and meet-and-greet assistance associated with the tour. We will be happy to arrange any individual flights at a supplemental cost.
Baggage: Most flights allow two checked bags per person not to exceed 50 pounds each. Neither bag may exceed 62 inches. Total dimensions of both bags are not to exceed 106 inches, plus one carry on bag that must fit in the overhead or beneath the seat. As these allowances may fluctuate between carriers we recommend that each person limit himself to one suitcase and one carry-on bag. Any excess baggage charges are at the passenger?fs own expense. Supplemental baggage insurance is highly recommended if you do not already have this coverage in a homeowner?fs policy. Please inquire for more details, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged luggage or personal items.
Travel Documents: A signed, valid through January 2008 passport or valid government issued I.D. is required for all itineraries.
Cancellations: must be made in writing to Hamden Rotary Club Tours 113 Salem Turnpike, Norwich, CT 06360. From time of deposit until January 31, 2007 a $750 per person penalty will apply. From February 1-March 11, 2007 a 25% penalty will apply. From March 12-April 1, 2007 a 50% penalty will apply. From April 1 on a 100% penalty will apply.
Refunds: Once your trip has commenced, no refund can be given for any missed transfers, sightseeing, accommodations, services, meals or voluntary absence from a tour.
Responsibility: Each passenger making reservations for or participating in any of the Hamden Rotary Club Tours understands and agrees to all terms, conditions, and limitations set forth in this brochure. In endeavoring to make arrangements with various persons, firms and corporations for the services and accommodations described in this brochure, Bokoff Kaplan Travel Services act strictly as agent for the air carriers. In the case of air transportation, and agent for the tour operators in the case of all other services, Bokoff Kaplan Travel Services, as agents, shall not be responsible or liable for, and expressly disclaims any responsibility for, any costs, injury, expenses or damage to person or property which results, directly or indirectly from any act, whether negligent or otherwise, of commission or omission, including but not limited to delays of any person, firm or corporation, which is to, or does provide products or services in connection with these trips, including but not limited to transportation, (whether by land, sea or air) lodging, food and beverage, entertainment, sightseeing, luggage handling, tour guiding or escorting. Bokoff Kaplan Travel Services reserves the right to decline, accept, or retain, at any time or for any reason, any person as a participant on these tours.
